Delivery

Delivery for all products is 5–6 working days after order and payment confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery charges are confirmed before payment.

7-day returns

Request a return through KAIVA WhatsApp support within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Items must be unworn, unwashed and include their original tags and packaging. For a wrong or damaged item, share photos with your request.

KAIVA will confirm the return instructions and refund details. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after discounts, not the original listed price. For BUY1GET2, return the paid item together with both free items to return the complete offer bundle.

Cancellation

Customer cancellation is not available after an order is placed. Please check your product, size, colour, address and coupon before confirming your order. This does not remove applicable statutory consumer rights.

Shopping coupons

The highest eligible shopping coupon applies to your merchandise subtotal automatically. Coupons are available on every order, with no once-per-customer restriction. Only one offer applies per order; shopping coupons cannot be combined with BUY1GET2. Delivery charges do not count towards coupon thresholds.

Buy 1 Get 2

Buy a single product priced at ₹20,000 or more and add two additional products of equal or lower value to the same bag. Select BUY1GET2 at checkout. The two cheapest eligible additional units are free. A ₹20,000 cart made up only of lower-priced products does not qualify.

The offer applies once per order, is available again on future orders, and does not stack with a shopping coupon. Product availability and selected sizes/colours still apply.
